What is the difference between an intermediate appellate court and a high appellate court? Are they referred to by other names? Explain.
What options does the court have regarding the case in question? Be specific.

You did a good job of your case briefs but you’d still did not answer the four questions listed for you in the assignment directions despite me having pointed that out to you in my response to you in the discussion and another student pointed out to you as well. There were four questions to answer after you completed your briefs and those had to be part of your work. All four questions are missing here.
