1-I did prepare for the meeting by reading the meeting rubric what is expected from me for the project. I did research about the theory we will work on for our presentation uncertainty reduction theory also know as initial interaction theory is to predict communication surrounding from initial interaction.
2- my expectations of the meeting is how to divid the task and how to be fully efficient communication wise since we have different schedules and we not meeting in person
3- I was assigned the notetaker in this project. My role consisted of taking minutes and being in charge of the status report.
4- I did use based of LinkedIn learning how to take minutes and following un on action items delegated to other.

I think I did well knowing what it is expected from me and knowing what role is consisting of as a note taker.
Section3
One of the biggest the challenges is the pandemic that had me to work harder that made my job interfere with my classes since the due date is usually while Iām a working. The other challenge is the communication online with colleagues since its really hard to meet and touch base about our project.

1- I did notice that my habits is to do what is expected from me and be on top of my task
2- to become more prepared for meeting
3- follow the the script I learned in LinkedIn learning classes by following the agenda and taking minutes and coming prepared to the meeting.
