The final individual proposal will consist of an accumulation of your work thus far. You may include a brief summary of your company and you can also write what problems are present as well as improvements that can be made to your organization if you wish.
However, the goal of your assignment is to come up with an idea (anything you wish) and ask me for something on behalf of your company. Convince me to give you what you are asking for and be clear with your reasons. The most important component of the proposal is to: state what the needs or problems are of the client (me) and explain why your suggestion(s) is/are vital and persuade me to say yes to your request.
Your proposal will be a minimum of 2-3 pages long, typed, single spaced, use Times New Roman formatting, and 12-point font. With the proposal, include a letter wherein you represent your organization or business and write to the target audience you have researched-you can give me any position you think is necessary to achieve your goal.
Using relevant information, your report and your own writing skills, your task is to ensure that your company’s persuasive letter covers my need(s) and convince me. This persuasive letter will be single spaced and be a maximum of one page long; follow the correct formatting for the letter. The letter is an introduction to your proposal (convince me to read your proposal). The proposal itself will have all the details necessary for me to say “yes” to your request.
