Strengths might include: strong leadership and planning, fundraising or staff leadership development, etc.

2. Describe your assessment of the key weaknesses and areas for organizational improvement.
Weaknesses might include: minimal performance measurement systems, limited Board engagement, or room for moving the agency toward being an anti-racist multicultural organization.
Opportunities and Threats
3. Identify and describe key aspects of the agency’s external environment (e.g., funding sources, public policies, inter-organizational relationships) that have already or have potential to significantly impact the agency’s everyday operations.

My organization is Baltimore City Public Schools, I am an intern and my macro project is on helping homeless students and their families find resources to help them get back on their feet, also I have been looking or ways to help with virtual learning because some students are finding it difficult to adjust due to how fast paced it may be, lack or resources such as laptops, wifi and assistance from family. I am going to attach the first part of the assignment I did, hopefully it gives you a better understanding of this assignment.
