Our course textbook (Nickels, W. G., McHugh, J. M., & McHugh, S. M., 2019) describes the Four Functions of Management: Planning, Organizing, Leading, and Controlling. Create an APA formatted Microsoft Word document and add centered boldface headings in it for each of these functions. Demonstrate your learning of these functions by describing and explaining each one in your own words and discussing why each one is important in business. Be sure to type your responses directly below the heading that you are writing about. Your responses must be based on the textbook. Use specific examples from the book in each response.

Be sure to include the following information about each function:

A summary of what you learned in the text about that function.
An explanation of why that information is important in business.

This paper must be APA formatted (Title page, 12-point font, double spacing, centered boldface APA internal headings for each of the management functions, in-text citations, and a reference page) and must contain a text (main body) of at least two full-pages in length. You may use the template attached at the end of the rubrics to write this paper. If you do, be sure to include the correct information on the title page, remove my comments from the text, and add your own comments before submitting your paper. Be sure to use your own words. Do not copy from the textbook or any other source!
