This course covers a wide variety of key figures throughout the history of Psychology and Developmental Psychology. Some examples of key figures include, Jean Piaget, Sigmund Freud, Noam Chomsky and many more. Pick a key figure that you want to learn more about that you have seen in our book. I want you to find information out about that individual. Aspects to include are a 1) brief, yet detailed biography of the person, where are they from, dates of birth/death (if deceased already), where did they work? 2) Another area to include about the person is their professional history. What did they study, is their background in psychology or is it in another field? Where did they work? 3) Then I would like for you to include what theories are they associated with and include information on that particular theory. 4) In another section include what their influence was on the field of psychology? Did they contribute a new way to look at depression for example? 5) Lastly, I want to know your thoughts on this person, what they contributed and if you agree with their theory? Why or why not? Please explain.

The paper should be a total of at least 2 full pages of written content. This does not include the cover page or sources cited page. Therefore, with a title and reference page, the paper should be at least 4 pages.

· The paper is to be typed using 10 to 12 New Times Roman fonts, double-spaced. Like with other assignments, it must be in a Word or pdf file type ONLY. If you are not familiar with creating citations in APA format, please refer to Purdue Owl or any of the many other online resources that are available. You do not have to have an abstract.
