Using the research techniques discussed in the Atkins Library videos and the keywords you identified in Step #1 (Topic Exploration Essay), locate and download an additional three peer-reviewed journal articles related to your subject (recall Step #2 required you to upload your annotated bibliography entries and articles for your first three peer-reviewed sources). The articles should primarily come from sociology or other social science journals. If you are not sure if the journal is appropriate (that is, is peer-reviewed) for this assignment, please email me with the journal name and the abstract of the article and I can help you determine whether it is appropriate.
UPLOAD ONE DOCUMENT that contains all three annotated bibliography entries. Each entry should have a separate title, be 1 ½ to 2 pages in length, and provide a summary of the key concepts/argument/insights of the reading (approximately 75% of the entry) as well as your analysis/reflection on the content (approximately 25% of the entry). Provide a complete citation (APA style) as the title and provide your name in the top right corner.
Peer-reviews should reflect thoughtful feedback, that is, comments that are meaningful and useful to help improve the quality of the annotated bibliography entries. Submitting comments such as “Good job” or “I like the way you did everything” or some similar, general comment is not thoughtful feedback. The intent of the peer-review is to provide feedback to you and your peers that will help your development of critical thinking and communication skills.
