Each paragraph in the “3 things learned” must represent a different theory/topic.( Personality, Values and Attitudes)Each paragraph should reflect a different topic or theory from the assigned materials. If choosing a theory, topic etc. that has several parts, the paragraph written should discuss the theory and what parts of the theory you learned something from. If two items from one theory struck you, you would not write a separate “I have learned” paragraph for each item. What 2 additional things you feel you can apply/use in either your personal or work life. How you can apply/use each thing in a personal, work or organizational setting. One can incorporate experiences and examples that parallel work and organizational experiences.
