So I have tried eliminating the “Br” and replacing it with an alkene and that was incorrect because “do primary alkyl halides prefer to undergo substitution or elimination?”
I have also tried the answer shown above by substituting “EtOH” in place of the “Br” leaving group. “Is EtO- acting as a nucleophile or as a base?”
