Requirement:
Assume the role of a stock/credit analyst working for a major investment bank. Your job now is to conduct a comprehensive review of the performance of an assigned company. Your group will be assigned an S&P 500 company. Use the SEC EdgarOnline Database to find the Form 10-K for your company in 2019. If the fiscal year end of your company is not December, please look for the statements that cover the largest portion of the calendar year of 2019.
Identify a major competitor of your company and find its 10-K that can best cover calendar year 2019. Note: You have the freedom to name your company’s competitor. The goal is to facilitate comparison of operating results so it makes sense to name a rival that operates in the same market and possesses similar asset bases. Make sure to state your case for the choice of the competitor.
